Shipping policy

Items are mailed USPS {postal service}. YOU are responsible for the correct mailing address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim. We will definitely help you if you the best we can :).  Once the package leaves our store and gets scanned by USPS it is in their possession and we are NOT responsible for anything that happens to your packages when they are in USPS possession. For this reason we insure all packages.  

Shipping is based on weight. All items are weighed & shipping is calculated accordingly. We make our best attempt to ship ASAP, but always allow 2-3 days.
